BOOKING & ATTENDANCE TERMS
If you are making a booking on behalf of others, these policies apply to everyone attending. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of these terms.
1. SALE OF ALCOHOL
Alcohol may only be consumed by guests 18 years and over.
We operate a Challenge 21 policy, anyone deemed to look under 21 by staff will be ID'd when purchasing alcohol.
Any disruptive, abusive or threatening behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated,
Staff reserve the right to deny the sale of alcohol.
2. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING AND MARKETING CONSENT
While attending an event by Effstone Events, photos and videos may be taken of the attendees while carrying out the activity and at the end with your painting. These photos and videos may then be used for promotional purposes on various platforms including our website, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
If you prefer not to appear, tell a team member on arrival and we will ensure that you are kept out of any photos and videos.
3. CANCELLATIONS

We will always try exhaustively to avoid cancelling an event, and will only cancel in truly exceptional circumstances. In the event of a cancelled event, you will be contacted as soon as possible and will be issued a full refund.Cancellations by You
Due to the nature of events, we cannot provide refunds if you are no longer able to attend. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else up to 24 hours before the event begins. Please contact us if you would like to do so.
4. AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests aged 12 and up may attend with a participating adult. Children 11 and under, cannot attend our events. If you would need to bring a baby, please contact us before booking. Certain events are strictly for those over 18 years of age, where this applies it will be clearly stated.
While we do offer a variety of mocktails & soft drinks, please bear in mind that all our events do involve the sale and consumption of alcohol.
6. REFUNDS
Due to the nature of events, we cannot provide refunds if you are no longer able to attend. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else up to 24 hours before the event begins. Please contact us if you would like to do so.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
7. GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS
Gift cards purchased through our website do not expire and can be used on any service or event.
Gift vouchers issued for giveaways or competitions have their own validity terms. No extensions are provided after expiry.
Drink vouchers purchased in addition to an event ticket are valid for that event only and any unused balance cannot be refunded.
8. SEATING AND ARRIVAL
We will do our best to seat groups together when you arrive on time.
Please arrive 20 minutes early so we can seat you and start on time. Sessions begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled start.
You may be seated on a table with other people, our events are social events and we encourage you to have fun while making friends!
If you have access needs (i.e., you are in a wheelchair), please contact us before the event to ensure that we can seat you appropriately.
